Brainstorm time:what can we do to increase the game popularity and how can the crew help us with it?

Hey guys, I love this game, I intent to play it for several years and I guess that'll be only possible if we always have lots of people playing this beautiful thing
Some of us (me included) believe that those matchmaking aberrations we see sometimes are caused by the lack of players at the "looking for trouble" moment and the game prefers to start the better fast instead of making us to wait several minutes (thank RNGesus!).
Sum it up: more players = better matchmaking = players keep player for longer time = Rovio continues happy and investing on Battle Bay = I can play until my beard become white \o/
All that said, what ideas do you guys have?

I think that a pannel for Youtube channels here on the forums separating them by league and type of video would help a little bit. Something like:

• "Nightmare gameplays" - then we could find links for the main page of Bittersteel, Eeyore, Thundersword, Hungry Shark, Waveblower, Kenzer, etc and some information about the channel
• "Tips and strategy" - then, again, Bittersteel, Battle Bay, Harpo!, etc
• "Old but gold" - Porthos, Bunta, etc
• "Ace gameplays" - Antisnipe, Narudestroyer, etc
• "Warrior gameplays" - CooolDownHSNA, etc
• Boat type gameplays

That thread https://forum.battlebay.net/threads/battle-bay-youtube-vids.18391/ is awesome but I think a more organized and dinamical pannel would help us to see the community content and with more views they'll eventually be suggested to people out of the community.

I accept your idea Rainbow Warrior.If Battle BAY had more players than now,the matchmaking problem would have been solved.The devs have to post some cool videos once a fortnight in their YouTube channel.I will tell u that NEKKI developers are posting some cool videos for their latest game SHADOW FIGHT 3 in their YouTube channel "Shadow Fight".I am also a big fan of Shadow Fight 2 and 3.So why don't the devs of Battle BAY post some awesome videos at least once a fortnight?I am a huge fan of BATTLE BAY.

 

That would be awesome. My son used to play a card game when they could use the decks of the Youtubers on an event. Imagine, who wouldn't like to play with Porthos, Waveblower, Bittersteel, Eeyore and company boats?

 

What else can we do to make Battle BAY famous?Anyone has any suggestions?

Oh, yeah! I guess the social media is the best way to enlarge our player base.

Can we use Facebook and Twitter to raise the game's popularity?Maybe the forum members can help us.

That's a great Idea, as well. IIRC the game my son was playing was Clash something (never know which one is the one)

 

Fix the noob matchmaking...thats how ee will get popularity
