About frost nerf

Frost nerf was needed but dont you think this nerf kills frost totally?

Frosts basic purpose is slowing down an enemy so you can hit them, right? But a single cannon shot dont hurt much and removes it before anyone do a damage.

So my reccomendation is frost need to have a minimum damage limit to break.

For example:
If its a cannon shot that reduces your %3 or less(maybe even more) It shouldnt remove frost.
If its a huge damage like crits, bertha or torps, It have to remove it.

With that frost could be balanced and do its purpose
