    If your Deployer and my Skipper both happened to be introduced, I think it'd be cool to swap a yellow slot for an orange slot. The skipper is supposed to be the low firepower super support, so having a single team buff as well as yellows and greens would be fantastic.

    Those are debuff items. A stun or frost can save your teammate, but most of the purple items are meant to ruin your opponent's day lol. Skipper doesn't need such offensive tools in its kit.
