Why don't the special offers work?

    I purchased a special offer and paid, but it gave me a message, saying "Purchased failed! Please try again later." This is the message that comes up if you cancel a purchase, but I paid and it still gave me the message and didn't give me the items that come with the offer. I tried contacting the rovio support page, but they haven't responded for a while. What should I do?

    They responded, but we haven't solved the problem yet. You don't have to contact them anymore if you haven't!
