Why can’t issues be repaired

    Ask for a refund, quit and move on.
    When the dev team is clueless about the their own issue, why should you care more than they do.

    Yeah, when I have asked for a refund, they just ignore or avoid that question. Otherwise I would have. I’m not even asking for my VIP payments back, just what spent on pearls for epic cells. It’s the principle of it. You paid for a product, and a there is a defect from the maker, so you should get a refund, like most things in life.
