    Wait a minute, a bay consists of saltwater. Saltwater conducts electricity far better than pure water... So in a logical sense, any electricity in saltwater creates hazardous results. Which means electricity based items like the tesla bolt would instantly cause an electrical surge on the ship that uses such item...

    But when you train Brock, and you get the talent for a boost in ship defense, it says: "harder STEEL"... Steel contains iron, and iron happens to be a good conductor of electricity. And Brock's talent for ship defense applies to all ships, so all ships are made of steel. So... um... I guess double ha? *awkward silence*

    Plot twist: 'Battle Bay' is just its name, and isn't describing it being an actual, geographical bay. Like water parks being named xyz bay, it's just a tourist attraction, and the contestants fight for visitors' amusement.

    Update : Brock changes all your shields into super strengthened pvc plastic. Reduces tesla bolt stun duration to 0 seconds
