    Every boat has 2 characters which, together, give the boat the best combo of bonuses:

    For the fixer it seems to be Felix and Dr. Buzzkill;

    Isak goes with Burnice (fire and Ice), and so forth. Look at each crew member and their respective bonuses, followed by their uniforms, and you will notice who matches who.
