    You would get bigger damage against burning targets, but I’m actually not sure.

    @Miika please can you throw us a bone here? What exactly are these perks multiplying? Does +20% mean 220% damage, or 240% damage, on crits? Do they work the same as Bhurt’s ‘bigger crit’ talents? Do they stack?
