    Exactly! I just started a 5 day training less than an hour before it went down for maintenance. So glad I did it.

    They have to close down both the new and old and new server environment while they migrate the data to the new system. They can’t have you changing stuff on the old server after they’ve already converted your stuff.

    Downloading the old client again won’t do you any good.

    You actually need a proper down time to do big migrations like these, they are super hard to do online.
