    Yes I agree it is a great item, best suited to speeder and a small nerf was due, but 50% for me is too much.

    My thoughts (I think you should think about it too)

    Am i affected in this patch?

    Not affected in anyway but with tesla bolt, i'd rather go back to tesla shield + nitro now.

    What are the possible outcomes?

    Nitro will be popular this patch, amount of explosive cannon users will drop, tesla bolt will fall down, gives a chance for other boats to climb higher in the leaderboard, because of significant gear nerfs.

    My opinions. Give respect.

    Reduce speeder use or tesla use in bulk?
    The only thing I dislike about the system is how people can have spent a lot of time / money on an item for it to be totally ruined overnight with a "tweak" (frost as an example).
    Tweaks should be minor changes to make it balanced, not making it useless.
    Maybe TB still will be of use with a 20s cool down, like @Babablacksheep mentioned it does have a lot of positives, I am just not sure with a cooldown that long it will be viable.

    Great update overall
    Just this afternoon firebombs are heating all of our ships XD
    Ec nerf is actually ok since ec got a pretty high dmg and low cool down now;firebomb nerf could now stop us from being "cooked boats"
    I like the removal of fleet guild quests too,those quests are pretty hard especially for guilds with less active people or huge infamy difference
    Great job devs

    I recently switched to speeder and now you guys change cooldown of tesla bolt to 20 seconds! That’s almost as much as the railgun. It’s too much

    That's the thing that annoys me. There are people that spend his bucks on building his ship, maybe not legendary but T5 Epic. A player who overtake his credit card to build his epic tesla bolt and now with this nerf, wouldn't be happy.

    And not only that, what about mk1 users with only 1 yellow slot being for tesla bolt? It sucks.

    Ok so last time it was the frost which actually lost its use and now its the tesla bolt. 20 sec cooldown...thats too much.

    U cant even evade from another speeder when u are low on health without stunning

    Tesla bolt is pretty much useless now. EC cannon is still okay but with TB nerf they are just trying to kill us speeders. :/

    About wayward pains, why exactly there can be no maps where mortars are hard to use? I mean other weapons might require to get close and can be hard to do in wide open maps... why is a problem having a map where mortars struggle?

    Hope the quest board revamp is happening when it refreshes and not right now? Bit unfair to do this one and a half days before refresh, imo, as it can seriously alter outcome and take away the hard work put in by guilds who have or are doing the fleeted quests .

    Wasted updates. Now 60% weapons have 15 seconds cooldown. How damage will be done. Totally useless research. Now all the fun is being lost slowly and slowly. Explosive lost all advantage over blast. Low projectile speed, high cooldown, why one will use explosive now. Even I will shift to two T5 blast now. Tesla has been rendered useless because 20 seconds cooldown and someone can break the stun within 1 second with 200 dmg shot of canon.
