    4RR is strange, no? When i‘m more mobile than a fixer i want to go close, but if I fully use 4RR i have long reload times...

    Only possible if you have enough hp to absorb damage.

    Low level Reaper can't do this, nowadays the firepower is so high 2 duct tape will not heal you fast enough.

    So true...u can't brawl u need to attack>run>heal

    There should be 3 red slot not 2.
