Unable to claim achievement item

    Hello, just started today, quite like the game and progression. Got some achievements, unable to claim the uncommon cannon from the battle on achievement. When I press claim it just shows the item info.

    Tap the claim button instead of the cannon icon in the achievements view.

    Once I hit the claim button, nothing happens. I get a pop up and there isn't a button to claim it. Are we limited on how many of certain items we can have? I have empty spaces to store them

    There's no limit to how many of the same item you can have. Were you able to claim it already?
