Torps shouldnt do splash damage to back side...

The problem is that we don't. Walls stay up, yet damage goes through. If we could destroy the actual walls, I'd have no problem with ships on the other side getting damaged.

 

Well this mechanism is quite heavy for most of the mobile phones and even for tablets so it might be a better idea just to leave the wall up and give the damage throught wall as it would cause more crashes to players if wall had had collapsed while being hit.
If your game crashes, wouldn't you be dead before getting back assuming the attacker won't get his/her game crashed same time? I more likely take the damage and keep shooting back than being left killed while not being able to fight back.

And no, my phone is not one of those which would easily be crashing but there is people who's is and also those who's already barely survives from 3+ napalms on the field. So.. what would collapsing cause?

 

I'm not saying walls should be destructable. I'm saying that either walls should be destructable and explosions go through, or walls should be indestructible and stop everything. Those are the only 2 things that make sense. The current situation does not.
