Top contribution, yet why did I get the fewest stars?

Hi Battle Bay team and players,

Can anyone care to explain why I got the fewest stars even though I contributed the most to the team, as shown in the attached picture? I feel like fixers are always getting the short end of the stick when it comes to stars and battle rewards.

Hi Aslidian,

The Grim Repair has said that this is something they are looking into.

So it's a "known issue" for the time being.

The star formula remains a mystery, so I'm not sure what to advise you:
Could be related to damage/who you healed/the accuracy of your shots/ the phase of the moon/ the Coriolis effect.

As a fixer to has persisted with the dying ship. My advice to you at the early stage of your BB journey is to switch to another ship.

 

As per @Claudius Maximus you can't trust the ordering right now so take it with a pinch of salt.

Fixers and stars is a much discussed topic and there's not a great deal that can be done. If you want to chase stars, swap ships and consider stacking some fire.

 

Thank you for the suggestions! I'm trying out some of the other ships now but I'm still in the process of choosing my 2nd favorite after fixer.
