Tier 1 epic blast cannon or tier 2 rare blast?

    http://battlebayitems.com/ is a good resource for comparing item rarity

    As a very general rule of thumb a lvl 10 epic = lvl 20 rare Lvl 20 epic = lvl 30 rare Lvl 30 epic= lvl 45 rare
    For new players I would always recommend upgrading rares over epics to lvl 40 until you have at least three copies of an epic then transition over to epics
