When the event is almost over, you know that there is a risk of not finishing in time. Perhaps they can adjust the game so that you cannot buy tickets within 15 minutes of the end, or some such.

 

You do realize that the people who pay to play are paying for you as well...

 

eCPM standard is about $1 USD per 1000 views. Watching ads isn’t really a big revenue generator per player.

Ouch. ='( .. i wrote to Rovio, it took them over 2 weeks to respond to my request. I couldn't believe it, in response, they asked me 2 questions, that the responses were included in my original request. I then received a response from a player, I believe they responded to a thread i posted. I'm new at using the forum, so excuse my unsureness as to what inquiry actually received a response..
Do you players actually prefer posting threads or submitting a request directly to Rovio???? Just curious.

The match was started with a ticket, it is the specific event match. You bar entry to the event matches at exactly time of close. Any match begun before close should absolutely count towards event rewards regardless of time it was completed because it IS an event match.

 

Worth noting they addressed this in the coin system, allowing you to spend for a brief time after event ends. Hope that extends back to the ticket system when they switch over again.
