This idea just hit me like a brick wall, there is an infamy tanking penalty for ranked why not make a gs taking penalty for events.
Events have become the standard game mode for most players so I don't believe it's used for experimentation anymore. If someone really wants to experiment they can do customs or the developers can add an additional mode with no rewards for this purpose.

 

The only real issue with Gear Score matchmaking is that training was never taken into consideration... so a NML player running same gear as a newbie will have far more raw power. Had that been fixed, there's no reason to penalize lowering gear score, because it would already lower effectiveness. That's a whole different animal than ranked matchmaking.

 

Who else feels like the thumbnail for BB is a little lacking?

Its pretty and clean, sure, but I feel like its a little misleading.
From that pic alone, it looks like a racing game of some kind.
I feel like the thumbnail should be a bit more clear, so I tried my hand at making a new thumbnail from old art. (I can't draw lol)\

1. Not a big fan of words on a thumbnail, but at least it gets the point across.

So guys... I've accidentally quit.
Like, one day, I realized I hadn't played any all day. And I did miss it. It's not that I don't have the time or that I don't want to, I just... don't care.
I really enjoy Battle Bay, so this makes me sad. Idk why I don't feel like playing.
It could be:
I've played back when progression was possible
I've played before everything became inflated
Playing on half grafics with terrible (device and OS based) lag just drove me away

Idk.
I don't want to quit and I'm not actively avoiding BB or the forums (which I still enjoy)
Who knows, I might come back tomorrow, I might never come back, or I might come back one I get a decent device.
Anyway, just a heads up, I'm not saying goodbye because I'll still hang out, just be aware there's not much left...

well I use gif maker-gif editor , I don't like IIt but it is the best one I have seen on Google play store, but I haven't searched for them , so you can find a better one.
