    You didn't understand what he asked was if railgun does full damage or is there any damage reduction which is normal case is 70%. My answer
    Yes it does 100% damage even at close range to a tesla shield

    I think the stun duration should be dependent on how much more damage than necessary you used to break the shield. ie shield has 300hp, you hit it with 2000 damage, should stun for much longer than a hit from a 400 damage weapon. Should work out for both beginners and nightmares.

    Nah! Buff the defender and all the weapons with straight air trajectory. Leave the tesla shield alone :D

    Ah, got it. Confirmed with Zeus that yes this is correct, Railgun will always hit a Tesla Shield for 100% even if you are literally next to your target. (But going inside the shield will deliver reduced damage of course.)

    Essentially, wielding a railgun makes you Marth from SSBM. You can break shields, and you're always going for the tipper.

    Hey, if an enforcer has defense perk in his shields, do my carronade deals full damage or decreased damage to his tesla shield?

    I've tested this. Tesla shields doesn't gain defense from any of your perks or talents. Tesla shields always taking the pure damage.
