Syncing my account

    so I synced my account with Facebook across my two devices but my 2nd device crashes everytime I start to do anything in the game. I can’t collect my daily box or any of the guild quests and it is quite annoying. Does anybody know a solution to this problem. I have already tried redownloading the game and restarting my device to try and get it to work but it just crashes everytime I open the game.
