But what OP mentioned is that flag carriers (usually yellow boats, even with all the points you have mentioned) get way more coins than other players who do some difficult job as well.

Enforcers on both sides were able to capture enemy flag and bring it to base with the help of team mates who escorted them. Then they were kept alive by fixers with some good work all while carrying the flag. Then remaining two players went to enemy bases to try break their defense and return the flag. This happened on both sides at the same time.
Now enforcers wouldn't have been able to bring enemy flag without the help of escorting speeders.
Enforcers wouldn't have survived without a single death all game while carrying the flag without the healing by fixers.
Game wouldn't have gone anywhere if the other two players went to enemy bases. ( it anyways didn't go someone's way lol )
In the end enforcers (carriers) got 8 coins in a draw while all others got 4 and 3 coins for their hard work.
This is making everyone be selfish and go for capturing the flag. CTF isn't working as needed. Only a fair way of distributing coins will make every ship do their job and let CTF work as it should.
TLDR : There should be a better way for distributing coins instead of favouring flag careers (general assumption : yellow boats) way too much.
