Standard Mortar Strategies - does it need a buff?

    A few months ago, I had originally incorrectly assumed that standard mortar was the equivalent of standard cannon - ie the other mortars had better stats than it in some areas but it had a faster cooldown than them all. I was surprised to find this wasn’t the case.

    I do believe that it needs its own specific cooldown training, but that it would need to be appropriately placed in the mortar crew training, as mortars as too spammed at low levels. So perhaps somewhere in the 3rd tier of the training tree (levels 15 to 19j would be appropriate.

    Anyway, I hope you get better luck with your next legendary.
