Ships disappearing

    I watched the video and I can't see anything out of the ordinary happening there. I see the enemy once disappearing because it is outside of your maximum visibility range. The visibility system works so that if you or any of your team members won't see the ship it disappears. The reasons why you might not see a ship is because either there is an obstacle between your ships or the ship is too far away.

    It's happened to me but only after the update, wasn't sure if it was just me or the distance, even something in the way but it's definitely a bug because they fade away.

    It happens to me too. I think it's part of the game. When there's too many obstacles between you and the unfriend or if you're too far apart, the unfriendly ship disappears

    I think you guys just don't understand that if an enemy is far enough away it will disappear, same as if it's been obstructed from your view for a certain amount of time.

    HI this not the best screenshot.... But as you can see my fleet partner (IGN crazy max) is targeted lost 431 health due to a mortar shot and is burning too.The second image shows close up view of radar at the same time(which you can zoom too) where a enemy is visible but is on other side of map while the multiple hits are not showing corresponding enemies on the map.Sorry its not the best screenshot,may not be accurate enough too.

    Somebody just took a blind shot over the wall with an area damage weapon. I don't see anything strange in that picture.

    You don't see the enemies unless you or someone from your team has a direct line of sight to them. Since they are behind the wall, you don't have the line of sight.

    Disappearing ships is a thing. I know this is not due to distance, because I can clearly see a capture area on the bay as it wasn't far away and yet no ships. I change my vantage point just a little and there they are. So don't discount this as "they are out of view". It's a thing and needs to be looked into.

    Also, how can someone's weapon like Big Bertha reload 3x faster & launch further than my long range (North Korean) mortar with perks added for more distance ?? I've also taken into account how many players were on the field, their distance & weapons being used by that player.

    The visibility is calculated from your ship, not from your camera. Otherwise you could always see over all walls or they would need to be huuuge.
