Severe misbalances in matchmaking

Does this really need to happen??
this game was so misbalanced it makes me wonder what is really going on one team is basically all heals and the other is all damage

Note to developers; on your next fix focus on:
matchmaking balance and lag

it'll make the game better for all and will make you more money

 

I was actually wondering about that, if there are 4 healers like above. Shouldn't each team get 2?

 

It's a rare case you get 3+ fixers in 1 match but if you do just have fun with it. High chances are next game you are not going to have 3 fixers on the same team

 

The real imablance is the fact that higher skilled players (kaptan skills) are matched with lower skilled players.
The win/loss rate point system is absolutely inappropriate for balancing this issue and needs to be fixed.
It can however function optimally when used as a 2nd filter, but not as a primary filter in matching...
