Season Question

    I'm at 824 infamy, but I'm still Challenger I. Says Challenger I ends at 499 infamy, and I'm way past that. I saw someone talking about they were like 3 wins away from nightmare, and I'm wondering why I'm not moving up at all. Any insight will help, thank you!
