Scrapping

    Is it better to upgrade your weapon then scrap it or just scrap it right away?
    Considering the parts return

    I've found, if you need parts scrap right away or only level once or twice.
    For power cells, level uncommon to 21 for guaranteed rare power cell and rare to 11 for guaranteed epic power cell.

    If you really like a weapon and to find a 2nd of the same rarity keep it you will need it to level up your item in the future! I personally scrap all the weapons I don't like asap.

    Scrap all green and common, u will need A LOT of green later on even for epic and legendary
