Rudder/Gear Lube vs Big Bandage

    Guild mates report the Rudder is not eligible to become a Big Bandage. I'm guessing, but have not confirmed, that the same issue arises with gear lube.

    Is there any chance these defunct items may become eligible to convert into the blue Big Bandage?
