Anyone else think the frost blaster projectile might be too fast?

 

No

 

Yes it's fastest, but too fast? NO! Frost is an assist weapon, and at long range speeder have a great chance of missing frost since the turret deflects slight turn and frost has chance of getting deflected by slightest wave. This use of frost is for non-frost torp use who use for assistance to teammates.

Considering the close combat of frost-torp user, i don't think projectile speed matters at all,at the close range even explosive canon with measly projectile speed can be shot accurately.

So, projectile speed is integral part of blaster and that is something that shouldn't be decreased
(coming from a shooter, and an enforcer player who avoids using frost)

I never said it is easy as I have been using it since beginning.
I was just saying all others who are crying that it was easy setup to damage aren't crying here too. You misunderstood my comment.

i don’t really have an opinion on it being too fast but i think its silly that frost blaster and sniper cannon are both faster than railgun. (by i think 10 at least which is 25% faster) when railgun projectiles have been measured to reach a velocity of about 8200 fps (feet per second) which by the math would make frost blaster velocity a little over 10k fps. which i dont think is accurate. I’m not sure if sniper and frost blast are too fast but i think railgun projectile speed should be much higher than it currently is and higher than both sniper and frost blaster.
