Calculation of stars reward goes by damage!

It's not fair, we are offended because we are the support class, we can not do much damage!


The heal fixer deal is just as good as damage dealt by unfriends.

Use Fire Bomb! I believe you get credit for any of the excess cannon damage done by your teammates. I started playing with it again last night and suddenly I had more stars than I knew what to do with.

 

I was playing support speeder and I still got 3 stars, along with my fleetmate. Fixers need more love.

I got 1600 healing as an mk2 but still no 3 star (pretty good since my record is 2.2k)
Healing should count for 1.5* than damage

 

Same happens with me too performing the best and just end up getting 1star. This is the only thing I hate in fixer. Either fixers must be given more offensive power or healing must give more stars. Something needs to be fixed.

 

I like the offensive part.

 

now fixers receive less stars even on event. Shooter sometime really makes 3 stars, but fixer will NEVER get it in life.
I do not understand why more difficult work is not rewarded with stars .
So sad, brothers...

It goes by contribution. Contribution includes damage, healing and a ton of other things that can help win a match, like dodging shots, freeze and stun, etc. The weight of each of those things is behind the scenes, the devs keep it secret on purpose so we don't abuse it. So while it doesn't go by damage, it's entirely possible that healing is undervalued. Devs claim that overall, on average, fixers don't gain (significantly) fewer stars than other ships, but that was before the introduction of the new game mode. It's possible that in deathmatch, they do gain fewer, which puts anyone trying to get the event rewards on a fixer at a big disadvantage.

Personally I've swapped to an mk2 shooter, and I'm consistently gaining more stars than on my high level fixer (like, twice as many).

 

No. Healing is not worth anymore than damage. Healing keeps teammates alive and damage keeps enemies dead. They're both just as important, so they should be worth the same. Also, one reason I think fixers don't get much stars is because them healing give the enemies an opportunity to deal tons of damage, so in comparison to the enemies, you might not have healed as much as enemies.

 

I do not know how to bring to the developers this truth, they think that this is "the conspiracy theory of fixers". They do not believe us ((

 

Yeah I have met quite a few guys using tier 5 weapons on mk2s and 3s. Makes my mk4 enfo with a legendary look bad.
