    I'm not complaining about anything. I'm just saying that that this epic took so many resources that my other items fell behind the level. And some people level up multiple tier 4 epics with no problems.

    I feel you man. The best way to get epics is to ignore them until you get epic duplicates. Then you level them up. Rares do just fine and are much easier to evolve.
