    Perks aside, I'm pretty sure a level 1 legendary is roughly on par with level 35 epic because the epic's improvement curve is better than the legendary curve. Level 10 legendary is equivalent to level 41 epic. You'll need to have legendary at level 24 to be equivalent with level 50 epic.

    To clarify further, here u go. Base damage of legendary lvl 10 is greater than epic lvl 40. But the only downside is leg lvl 10 has only 3 perk slot. :oops:
