Power cell transforming

Hello Rovio,

I’ve seen a lot of people complaining about power cells. They wanted a way to get rid of the worthless ones, like commons and uncommons. It is not worth it to spend your items to transform them into better power cells, as you need to level your items. So could you guys make us able to either sell them or transform them into better ones? For example 100 common cells -> 5 uncommon cells; 100 uncommon cells -> 5 rare cells; etc.

If you could make that happen we would all be happy!
