    They were both level 1. The interesting thing is that I got the rare items by combining item pieces, and then immediately scrapped them.

    Im also sure that i get "better rares" from the weekly quests than i do from the shop....

    Same here! The green boxes from the weekly quests gave me so many rare items unlike the star boxes in the shop.

    Yesterday I got my first Legendary Piece in 6 months... from a daily battle box! Same day I got a second Legendary piece from scrapping a Rare Rudder... with Legendary Parts to boot! I don't think it fully made up for a dry 6 months which includes not landing on a Legendary piece in the Guild Raffle for 38 straight draws (so far) but I'll consider it a good start.
