Poor connection after update about one month ago..

As I remember battle bay is updated one month ago or so,
After that time, there are several connection problem,
When I play first 3 games and then these problems are appeared normally.
1. It takes a lot of time to enter the battle
- Infinite loading, after determined a map and be made participant. just the game are recorded lose and decrease my infamy.
- I can not get in the battle until the end of battle.

2. after check the result of battle, I can not go back to home screen with infinite loading.
- Even though, I turn it off and relaunched, the game is not opened.

Above problem is not solved after I re-install it.
Is there anyone who know the solution?

I have tried everything and no luck either. Even asked people to try to play Battle Bay on my tablet at their home, but same problem. So, it is not our internet connection. .
