    Both weapons have Thier advantages and I think their usage highly depends on what's is your setup.

    All the pts you said and if you arer using torps.
    Firebomb
    Deals massive amount of dmg with surety and if you use canon with burn dmg this baby is the way to go.
    Personally I feel napalm are more fun as they messes up the unfriendlies

    It really depends on what ship youre using if youre using enforcer or shooter id say fire bomb if youre using fixer or defender id say napalm
