    There are some players who die delibirately to lower their infamy, so that they get easier opponents. That is what this is about.

    That's an interesting way to slant the rewards :D

    An alternate method would be to just have a hard scaling of sorts, where the losers (who contribute) in a higher level battle "can" earn similar or better rewards to the winners of a lower ranked battle. Then people don't have to drop in tier to still progress "easily" in their items. Idk if this kind of discussion is technically off topic though or not. >_<
