No rewards from this Nightmare Season :-(

    Hello,
    I'm sending this SOS message as I did not receive my Nightmare rewards. :(
    I've seen the golden chest appearing while I was waiting for a game, I could not do anything, then the game started, I played it.
    After the game, the season result shown up (screenshot) and the chest reappeared, also unable to do anything (I've waited few seconds).
    So I decided to restart Battle Bay, and nothing has changed, the chest is not in my inventory, I did not get the money, nor pieces, nor legendary part, nor badge points ...:(
    I've struggled till the end of season to end at best place, can you please do anything for me.

    Notes :
    - I've already experienced various chest issues, but not during season rewards, and the the chest was finally waiting in my inventory to be openend.
    Not this time :-/
    - it also seems my badge points did not initialize (I think it does?)

    Is that a bad JOKE !?
    Why do I get 30 legend pieces instead of 60 from Nightmare League!!!

    I'm still waiting for my first issue,
    so I'd like my missing rewards from last 2 Nightmare seasons please ...

    Did you try contacting someone instead of just posting in the forums? I hear it’s a lot more efficient if you start a ticket with rovio support

    Hey guys - indeed, for individual issues you have to contact our Player Support :)

    As far as I know this particular issue has been solved by our developers and =Fee_KlocheTTe= got his rewards.

    The forums is only for collecting issues that affect a lot of people at once and to give feedback / status on those issues to as many people as possible at once.

    I've actually never seen any gold chest sitting in my inventory ready to be opened as a solution of my "no reward" issue,
    obviously I would remember it and would have not revived this subject about 10 times.
    (Other rewards such badge points and gold are more difficult to see if resolved)

    When was it supposed to be resolved please ?
