No Guild Rewards when Guild Quests are completed

    I changed to a new guild last week and since the change i have not received any guild rewards for completing. So far my guild has completed 3 boards and the quests just say complete without showing the claim reward button. Nor am I seeing the option to claim the reward for when the page of quests is completed
