New weapons

1» Weapon name "vortex" » well, as the name suggests it will create a whirlpool on the bay for 8 to 10 second; whoever enters or cross it;have there health lower to half regardless of their health. (If a defender has 10000 hp it will reduce to 5000hp or if a ship having 750hp it will reduce to 375 hp).
2» Weapon name"air shield/terminal"» it will create a translucent air wall like this bracket "[" ; but horizontally align. It just stop the ship to move forward(blocked their way).It will be two ship long at both side; weapon can infiltrate it.
