    Yup. I'm pretty sure dps is dmg divided by cool down.

    How a ricochet bomb. A short to mid range fuse lit bomb that skip on top of water explodes on contact and sprays shrapnel.

    cool down too fast only 8sec...?
    min 10 sec should be there..other wise every one will use this only...according to damage.

    instead of your weapon i suggest new one....
    Fire gun ( Flame Thrower)
    Cooldown : 13sec
    Range : 18
    Speed : 23
    Duration : 8Sec
    Radius : 2
    DPS : 25
