    I have a new idea.
Tesla Launcher ( 2 Yellow Item slots )
Launches a bolt that stuns all enemy ships in an area but the stuns duration is shorter than Tesla Bolt.
    Stats
    Cooldown:12.5 seconds
    Range: 27.5
    Duration: 3.5 seconds
    Radius: 5

Old idea. Never happened for a reason. Stunning a whole group of players would be too strong

Stupid idea, the only way this idea would work if the effect is delayed. Say after enemies are hit, there is a 5 second delay before they get stunned. HOWEVER, if they get hit before the stun sets in, the stun will not set in.

    Radius: 5

Nope, nope nope nope nope. As a concept it's already incredibly powerful, but in a 5m radius? That's just nuts. Without doing the full math, that's somewhere around twice the actual area coverage of a ballpark mortar, maybe a bit more.
