Even there r some reason also...me and my frnd @PallabKumarS hve a secret code.....it's secret but m telling.....LOL.....The code is negative.....at the starting of a game if our game is hanging due to net prob. we say negative, negative.......So i think negative is not a prob.....the tankers are

People WILL do either good or bad or intentionally both.
Action can be taken to them, but you can't stop it completely.

People who lose infamy purposely to bully the lower leagues.

 

people who intentionaly lose to lower their infamy to have easier battles with players weaker than their normal opponents would be
examples are mk6 ships under or at 500 infamy with t4 epic items who one-shot majority of players who belong to thi infamy and then they again intentionaly lose to avoid the antitanking mechanism (they need to lose after some wins because they want to decrease their infamy without getting in the 800+ range where are rewards cut to minimum)
