Finally, "nerf speeder" is not what you're looking for, it's "nerf the mk6". Stun has a nerf(resistance), flare has been nerfed a lot since global launch, so has burn itself. You nerf flare+incendiary any further, you'll nerf the only surviving combo in the game into oblivion xD. What will speeders do then? The rest of our combos are useless. Snipes: No duelling(something speeder was built for). Same for carro. Mortars: Unusable. Mines: Okay, you wanna see frickin' minefields everywhere? Go ahead.

So you want to nerf the base stats. However you do that, there's still the mk7, which is also a speeder special, also, how many F2P speeders exist in Nightmare top 50? Those guys won't even feel a small bit of pain whatever you do, unless it's weapon nerfs. If it's weapon nerfs, Rovio is going to war with the top 50 speeders in the world to say the least, people who pay to play.

TL;DR:
Speeders at the top 50 cannot be nerfed!

No, you can't. Skills are specific to a boat. You think speeders just buy a speeder and become mini-Blacktails? Wait, you are a Nightmare fixer, if my memory is not messing me up. Tell me, didn't it take you a loooong struggle, getting to know the fixer, it's reack and tanking capability? It's a tough ride, you learn a ship over the course of a few thousand matches. Ever seen an opportunistic shooter or a tanky speeder? That's my point. You learn a skillset, then if you wanna leave it behind, you have to relearn and delearn skillsets.

 

You're damn right "some ships" need balancing. But "some ships" are owned by "some people" who don't want them to be nerfed and are ready to do "some retailation" if said ships are nerfed. So nothing is going to happen until those "some ships" slowly take over Nightmare, and probably even then, nothing will happen because said ships spend "some money" on the game xD.

 

In case you think my last post was a troll post: I'm a noob fixer(worse) and I assure you, no good fixer would follow a defender when there are visuals on a speeder and two shooters in that alley, AND the shooters are torp users. The fixer tried to the best of his ability, but he had lost the moment he made that play into the alley. YOU didn't enter the alley, I noticed... Care to defend yourself now?
