Maybe better to avoid the Events?

Could be some valid points except most just charge right at you and destroy you in 1 or 2 hits. So my question is if I'm learning strategy from this style then I've learned how to suicide

 

And last we forget the bonuses for captain levels. A level 47 with uncommon weapons can easily destroy a captain level 8 even if their gear score is higher.

 

and some are even at 1k infamy which is still warrior!

what can I do with my flare+double blast+ex cannon shooter against mk2 speeders with max t5 epic and rare blasts?

and me, he can kill me in for shots (or maybe three) and I need three shots to kill him minimaly three 4 shots because his health is 2.3k and only my t3 rare blast does 600 damage
I also meet guys like him in mk2 defenders with over 5k hp which is impossible for me to kill as he can easily wipe me and my teammate out
any tips how to avoid getting matched with these guys or some super strategy to defeat them?

Spoiler: bonus-few other manipulators I met (met more than 10 of them just today, some of them even multiple times)

btw this enfo defeated me in two battles in a row so my rage was even bigger
