Maybe better to avoid the Events?

I really just dont get why the devs dont fix the matchmaking at all, they have over a years of experience, so this is just nothing new here.

I would fix it first before I would start another event, but well we are all different.

My energy is sooo limited, so I am not going to waste my time on this event. I dont care at all for these new perks. There are getting way too many perks. Now a Shooter can freeze me, come on.

 

How the heck are you pairing players for this event? (2v2) My infamy is 2824, my teammate is 1500 and my two enemy’s are both over 4000. Explain to me how this is put together and on what universe this is a fair fight.

 

They have almost a t5, I t4 rare and t3 epic and the have some much more hp as well, look at tneir shields.

 

Simple answer, it is not!

 

Do you know if the heal of fixers is gaining pieces because I do not feel I play fix we win each game but I get only 5 pieces each time ...

 

I tell you to stop playing. The events of the beginning I did not do them and I felt the arrival of the advantage over my infamy.

 

Last event people complaint others were hiding behind rocks etc, but what do you expect us to do, if we dont hide, we get killed in seconds by the Nightmarians.

Everyone is just saying "fix matchmaking," and not giving a solution to how. Before events, everyone was complaining about infamy matchmaking and said that it should be based on gearscore. So teh devs did just that with a new game mode. And now everyone is complaining about that. What do you guys want specifically, instead of just saying "a balanced matchmaking system."

 

Honestly this event uses GS so it is very simple either:

1) You are trying to cheat the GS and getting punished

2) You are using a setup you are not used to or not very effective with

3) You are not very skilled at combat without 4 other teammates to help you i.e. hiding and firing over rocks, rocking back and forth in a enfo to dodge etc etc

This is not a salty post just it has to be 1 of the 3 options as yes the matchmaking is not great sometimes but you get as many favourable matches as you do unfavourable so it evens out.

My advice spend the first day of every event spending 5 games playing with each potential loadout and see which works best for you. Once you have found it spend the rest of the event maximising coins with your preferred setup. Do remember that the setup that may work best may not be the highest GS. for example a big torp is awful at TDM but a flare and cannon with correct perk is awesome. Also whilst losing check out what the people who beat you are using it's normally a good hint

 

I love the Events that the Devs added a mouth ago.
But how can we enjoy when Nightmare players just keep Getting everything and destroy me in 3 shots
That is pretty dumb of not adding a fair matchmaking.
And there are just so many Seal clubers.
C'mon everyone agrees here's that theres are too much madness it needs to be stopped.

 

And Devs added Gear Score matchmaking that EVERYONE WANTED but they removed it

 

The events are all about trying different weapons to some extent so the devs won't punish unless it is very obvious what you are doing. This has already been taken care of, just because people have found that if they use lower mk ships it helps lower their GS that is not something that can be punished as it is not like they have lowered their ship they are just using a ship they don't often use.

Before everyone says that I obviously use this tactic I am 1 of the idiots who upgrades every ship so no this is not an option for me!

 

And have you heard the devs at all?
I haven't heard them over a week?
