Match maker and team formation

I always performs best (highest kill , highest damage, highest stars) in my team but due to rest of team members I lost the battle. The rest of members of team are weak and doesn't perform well. At the end we have to suffer our infamy, score and guild quest affected by this. Kindly look into the matter and please do best with team formation algorithms.
