Let's talk about the new weapon - " MINIGUN"

From the recent sneek a peek of the new map, the developers have put in a lot of Easter eggs in the trailer.
From the trailer, one of the posters has a weapon image in it. And is written as "MiniGun Mikey".
It is a clear indication of a new weapon called MiniGun.( 99% sure)

So, what are your thoughts about this new weapon? Is it going to be 1 slot or 2 slot item? What is it going to look like? So, many things to talk about

So, is this weapon gonna be introduced in the coming update? What are your thoughts guys?

 

I wouldn't mind if there really was a new minigun weapon coming but I would definitely call it less than 99 % sure.

Well I don’t know if that is a clear indication...

If it really is released, it would probably be a two slot weapon and can fire a continuous stream of bullets, dealing around 200dmg per bullet for 10 bullets or so when maxed out. Also a new captain member for it’s talents

 

I would be really curious about it's projectile speed and range. Because miniguns is usually really fast and has good range. Also , I would say it would have 6 projectiles each dealing some damage

 

Imagine Defender barging in with two of those...Endless Slaughter.

I feel it would be the revised version of carronades, that will have larger range and faster projectile speed , and yes it would be a 2 slot weapon.

 

Yep...low damage, decent range 25 or more, negative you have lead so many shots since it doesn't have stop button once fired.
Also even if it runs for 6 sec that means you cant fire any other for 6 sec plus global cooldown that a big neagative. You have to fire all your weapon n use this at last when other weapon on cooldown.

 

I wish we could get an official confirmation from the Devs, whether this weapon would be introduced or not. We don't want the specs, just the confirmation of its existence or not

 

We are past any confirmation..
Devs just give us the damm update.

 

You do realise that as the 'sneak peek' was in a movie theatre.... that this Minigun Mikey could just be a movie poster for decoration and not be anything to do with a new weapon... Right?
