Legendary turbo vs epic turbo

    i have a t4 epic turbo at level 37 all epic perked out.
    I just rolled a legendary turbo.

    Anyone know what level 10 tier 1 leg turbo is equivalent to with epic level turbo (assuming perked out with 3 slots). Trying to see if I can scrap my epic turbo or is this an instance where level 50 epic turbo with 4 perk slots can really maximize all ship speeds that have a leg turb is redundant and therefore I should scrap?

    Thoughts?

    Level 40 epics are better than level 10 legendaries

    For turbo, level 10 leg is better.
    But epic t4 can hold more perks, so epic.
