League Lagging problem!!

Like wtf!!! Those who haven't even played from the beginning of the new league are still on the top because of their previous highest infamy record but now players who have a higher record than the older people's current infamy are still below them?? This ain't a good thing. There should be a damn solution for that!! Whenever the new league begins, the previous highest infamy should automatically be gone without even playing a new game because those who stays inactive with their previous highest infamy sucks!!! Because their current is muchh less than the new players!! There should be a solution for this!!
