Lag issues (ping >350 Ms)

    Hey guys,

    When in Europe I have been playing a lot with nearly 0 connection issues.
    I am now in China, the game lags horribly (300 ping minimum) so I am unable to play.
    Does that mean this game is only playable from Europe / America?
    I have been playing with japanese, Korean and Chinese players when I was in Europe so it looks like they can play normally.
    What can I do for my account to be playable without lag?
