    That is why you should only to be able to upgrade ships if you reach a certain Infamy, so at 300 Infamy you can get a mk2, 600 mk3, and so on. This would make the game more logical and then there are less Seal Clubbers.

    It should match based on captain level and gear score. It's currently rewarding people for not upgrading their ships. There are better ways to bring variety to the game.
